• You have a desire to learn and to serve your community and Croatia as a whole by assuming roles of responsibility in your chosen field. 
• Your goal is to acquire the skills necessary to be an effective leader and to contribute to Croatia's development in the future.
• You wish to be part of a global community of motivated and diverse individuals in your field of study or area of work and participate in the exchange of ideas and experiences that will help you develop academically, professionally and personally. 

The Fellowship for the Future supports Master's degree study at distinguished U.S. graduate schools for students and young professionals in Croatia who demonstrate such excellence and strong motivation to be leaders in their field.

The full scholarship enables successful fellows to join a global learning environment in which they have the opportunity to learn from leading experts and interact with distinguished classmates from around the world.

The Fellowship for the Future is intended for study at one- and two-year Master's programs which emphasize development of professional skills and application of academic knowledge, thereby providing a unique educational experience for which U.S. institutions of higher education are recognized around the world.

Through exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences inside and outside of the classroom, young leaders develop a set of analytical and leadership skills they will use throughout their careers in Croatia.
